Chairman & Managing Director
Shri Venkatesan N. L. holds a postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (Delhi University) and is a GATE-qualified professional. He brings over 17 years of versatile experience from BHEL, specializing in EPC projects for substations up to 765 kV and UF plants of 56.7 MLD capacity. His expertise also extends to thermal power plant equipment foundations.
He has completed a certified short-term course in “Structural Analysis and Design Optimization of Mechanical Systems” from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, through its Centre for Continuing Education. In recognition of his technical expertise, Shri Venkatesan serves as a Board of Studies (BoS) Member at Anna University for the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Mr. Ganesh K. is an engineering graduate and a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) with over 20 years of experience in the IT and networking domain. Having worked extensively in the United States, he brings deep expertise in IT infrastructure, network design, and technology-driven operations.

GM (Retd.), BHEL PSSR
A Power Plant Rotating Machinery Vibration Analyst, Mr. Ponnuswamy brings vast expertise in dynamic balancing of steam turbines, turbo generators, and auxiliary rotating equipment across thermal, hydro, gas, and nuclear power stations.
He has played a key role in troubleshooting operational challenges of utility sets ranging from 110 MW to 800 MW supercritical units and is an authority in condition monitoring and commissioning of mechanical systems in power plants.
DGM (Retd.), BHEL PSSR
With 38 years of experience in boiler erection, commissioning, and operation, Mr. Rajaretnam has worked on multiple unit capacities — from 10 MW to 800 MW BHEL BTG sets.
He is an expert in Boiler, Turbine, and Balance of Plant (BOP) commissioning, and possesses hands-on experience in C&I troubleshooting, MaxDna systems, and auto loop tuning.
He was trained in Supercritical Technology at Alstom, USA, and MaxDna systems at BHEL EDN, Bangalore. After his superannuation in 2018, he has provided consulting expertise in Iraq and currently serves as a consultant at NPPL (150 MW Power Plant), Nagapattinam.
DGM (Retd.), BHEL Trichy
A Valves Engineering Specialist with 37 years of experience, Mr. Athiannavi has served in the Boiler and Turbine Valves Engineering Division of BHEL, Trichy, contributing significantly to product design, development, and performance optimization.
Senior Valves Servicing Technician (Retd.), BHEL Trichy
With over four decades of experience, Mr. Kanakasabai is a veteran in valve servicing for thermal power plants. His expertise includes international assignments for safety valve servicing during his tenure at BHEL.
Quality Control Engineer (Retd.), BHEL Trichy
Mr. Manivannan has 24 years of experience in boiler design, layout planning, and quality control. His work spans preparation of boiler layouts, ducting, and component designs for NTPC, state, and private sector utilities.
He also contributed to the erection and commissioning of the Super Critical Test Facility (SCTF) at BHEL’s R&D division and later led quality initiatives for major components such as boiler tubes, water walls, burners, ducts, and dampers.
NDT Specialist (Retd.), BHEL Trichy (WRI Division)
A Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and welding surveillance expert, Mr. Janakiraman brings 30 years of specialized experience in material inspection, weld quality, and structural integrity assessment.
DGM (Retd.), BHEL TBG
Mr. Sudhakar has extensive experience in testing and commissioning of turbo generators up to 200 MW, electric motors up to 10 MW, and associated substation equipment up to 765 kV. His expertise covers excitation systems, static drives, and overall electrical system integration in large-scale power projects.
A Transformer Specialist with over four decades of experience, Mr. Namboothiri has led design, quality control, testing, and commissioning of high-capacity transformers and reactors.
He was instrumental in establishing the Oil Testing Laboratory at PGCIL SR-II, Hosur, and has vast experience in transformer maintenance, repair, and life-cycle management.

With a rich background in operation and maintenance of substations up to 400 kV, Mr. Aruna has also served as Deputy and Additional Electrical Inspector across districts such as Hassan and Madikeri during his tenure with KPTCL.
